Who is responsible
The data controller is ADJ 3 Sistemas - Projecto e Gestão de Sistemas Informáticos, Lda., tax number (NIF) 504026127, based in Faro, Portugal.
For any question about your data, write to geral@adj3.pt.
What data we process
We only process the data we need:
- The details you send when you contact us by email or phone: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
- Technical data the server logs with each request, such as IP address, date and time and browser, to keep the site secure and running.
- The preferences you choose on the site (theme, sounds, keyboard shortcuts and cookie choices), stored only in your browser.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To answer your requests and prepare proposals: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the site secure and working: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Usage statistics, if we ever use them: only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your request and, if it leads to a contract, for the periods the law requires. Server logs are kept only as long as needed to keep the site secure. Preferences stay in your browser until you clear them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you gave. Just write to geral@adj3.pt; we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
