The challenge
When the water supply is interrupted, Taviraverde has to warn customers quickly. Service requests also needed to be simple to make online.
The solution
We created a site with prominent, schedulable alerts, maps of the infrastructure and a form for each service. The communications team builds pages from blocks without needing us.
